I am here to assist you in becoming your own personal Guru by developing a relationship with your unknown aspects and becoming the light and truth for your self.  You are a Mahatma or great soul whose existence is as grand and deep as the ocean.

Rayna Howe aka Lady Rays is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Massage Therapist, Ordained Priestess of Healing, Sexual Trauma Body Worker, Creative Muse and channel. She has been practicing hands on healing and focused prayer as a form of meditation; teaching friends, family and collegues for over 15 years. She is a loquacious, exhuberant, firey ball of joy who loves to share her ideals on social media, radio, writing & Youtube.
 

In 1999 Rayna's life evolved from a troubled, urban artisan who self treated depression with alcohol to a vessel of self awareness and collective healing. Working in a S.C. healthfood store she was introduced to Reiki, Yoga, Crystals, Polarity Healing and Universal law. Soon after she studied Holistic Health at American College of Health Sciences (formally Australasian). She became a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant. As her interest in holistic healing grew she began to study massage in 2006 in GA and practice. In 2012 she became certified in massage therapy under the tutelage of educator and director Dr. Jane Garofano the author of Success in Massage Therapy & Pearson's Massage Therapy Exam Review at JSG School of Massage.

Rayna grew an interest in the occult and developed a vast library of spiritual development, magic, healing, alternative health and medical books. While working in Tula Health Spa Rayna furthered her Reiki training and was attuned by one of her Spiritual Mothers Avis Newton. In 2006  became a certified Master Teacher in USUI Reiki & Kundalini Reiki and began working with the 7 Rays and Full Spectrum Healing. She furthered her reiki practice with many different modalities and in 2012 she became a registered teacher of Karuna Reiki ®. 

Some of the other healing modalities are Mastering the Masters Practitioner of Sacred Activations as well as a certified Akashic Records reader under Tamara Oviatt, Basic Theta Healing®, SSR Reiki. and DNA Coding & Activation. Rayna had the honor to learn under the late Prophetess Elisheba Laurie another spiritual mother and has developed a recent interest in numerology, receiving certification in Tehuti Nume under S. Ali Myers. To further her reach in spreading light Rayna became a Sai Maa Deeksha Giver. Her most recent endeavor was an intensive training in Indigenous body work with the Maori Healers. 

Rayna aspires to assist us with a deeper connection to self and the collective through group meditation and focused prayer. Her philosphy is one of integrity, cohesiveness and unconditional love applied PRACTICALLY for evolution.
