8:00pm my blood sugar was at 123 without medication and I know I had a bagel loaded with cream cheese and a can of lays hot bbq chips (it was 6 servings!)

I will continue to monitor myself and pay attention to how my body feels.

All glory and praise to our God and Father and I thank him for leading me to you and thank you so much for allowing Him to use you as His vessel.

Will power is already kicking in I can tell you that!

Blessings Queen. When I meditate now the Golden Ray has become a focal point on its own. It's almost like its become 1 with me. I actually had a specific agenda prior to meditating and my mind went off course and all I could see was a Gold Ray that surrounded me like an arc. Sort of a protective barrier.

At first I felt a bit uncomfortable about Chakra's and that aspect of prayer. My overall experience was pleasing. After some meditating, I'm aware that's part of ones gift (the seeing of colors and physical manifestation of healing).The beauty of this prayer union is that it reaches beyond one set denomination. It just opens me up to an area of prayer that I need to be more in tune with.

When you sent me the healing I felt a stillness inside my body. I felt something was different the very next day. My cramps had diminished almost completely. I haven't had any cramping since the healing. Not even with my monthly menstruation  My last 2 menstrual cycles have been perfectly normal. They lasted for a minimum of 4 days. No clotting, a perfectly normal flow. I haven't had a normal period in years. I haven't had any symptoms since my healing. I'm confident that I probably either passed the fibroids or they just vanished.

Rayna is an amazing healer. I have received multiple bundles of healing, energy and attunements from her and I always feel transformed. The most amazing part is I feel it before she even starts sending. She's available even when she doesn't realize it.  As odd as it sounds, I have even asked her for help with energy to finish a workout - to which she sent and I finished. Thank you very much..all the pain is gone from my shoulder and legs.. and I did an intense arm work out so its amazing my shoulder wasn't screaming. I slept like a baby.. not waking up or anything.
Funny thing, when I volunteered as your subject I started feeling stuff right then before I even told you the body parts LOL
Oh and about my sleep.. I almost always wake up half way through the night to potty. It didn't happen last night.

Hey pretty guru girl. At first I doubted your voodoo healing abilities! Lol  However I told you about my tummy problems and constant fatigue and you worked your magic. I must honestly say that I feel sooooooo much better! My stomach has been an issue for me for many years. I suffer from gird and god knows what else because I used to drink like I have no liver!!! Lol.
On top of that I am sooooo exhausted most days! Maybe I am going crazy but I didn't have to take my gird meds today and I felt fine!!!! I am really looking forward to doing more work with you Rayna!! I have to admit you would openly talk to me about spiritual things and I thought you were
out there but you were interesting.  Because you were so open about your experiences and you
appeared to be genuine I shared personal struggles.  I felt so depressed and burdened that day. I do not know what you did that day at work but I could see negative memories like on a film reel being pulled from my mind. I felt my body shaking and my eyes blinking it was unreal. Afterward I felt so light and feminine like I wanted to skip :-). I was so angry and on edge before. I do not know how to explain this to anyone but thank you. I hope to be able to experience this again.
